Returns and Exchanges

For products purchased on soulacefootwear.com and delivered within the United States, we offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery using our provided pre-paid label. Here's what you need to know:

Initiating a Return

To start a return, email returns@soulacefootwear.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Product Condition

We recommend trying on your Soulace Footwear products indoors to maintain their original condition. Unless you're returning them due to a fault, please ensure that:

  • All products, including any extra laces provided, must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unused.

  • Shoe boxes, as they are an essential part of the product presentation, and all packaging and labeling must also be returned undamaged alongside the product(s).

Quality Issues

If you receive damaged or defective products or experience any quality issues, please contact us for assistance.

Return Shipping

Rest assured, we've got the return shipping covered – it's our way of making your journey as smooth as possible. However, please note that while we handle the return shipping logistics, the shipping fees from your original order are non-refundable.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued based on the original form of payment.

  • Please allow up to 10 business days for your return to be processed once it arrives at our facility.

  • You will receive an email notification once your return has been processed, and we have issued your refund.
